A Pair of German Neoclassical Candelabra. Circa 1800
This fine pair of gilded brass candelabra with acanthus leaf detail was designed by the noted Prussian architect and artist, Karl Friedrich Schinkel (1781-1841). The three-candle section of each can be removed to accommodate a single taper. In excellent condition.
